ESP settings: what do you actually leave enabled?
There are a lot of ESP options and having everything on turns the screen into a mess.

Skeletons + loot + ARC tags + names = I cannot see doors. What is your sane default for PvPvE?

Boxes + distance under 150m, loot filter rare only, ARC warning on, skeletons off unless debugging.
